Provençal Evenings - Lamb Dinner Workshop Transport yourself to the lavender-lined villages of Provence as you prepare fragrant rosemary-garlic lamb chops under Chef Lindsey’s guidance. You’ll build a golden saffron rice pilaf using our signature rice-cooker method and finish with blistered green beans tossed in herbs and lemon. This hands-on experience is flavorful, rustic, and deeply comforting — a beautiful close to the month.
