The granola reflects Butterfly Bakery of Vermont’s commitment to crafting small-batch, maple-sweetened baked goods that highlight the flavor and quality of Vermont ingredients. I developed Mighty Tasty after a bulk buyer told me that they had a spot opening up and I told them that I had a great new granola that would fit perfectly! Spoiler alert: I hadn’t started developing that new granola yet. But I did have a bunch of ideas swirling around in my head. I threw all of my ideas into a bowl and hoped for the best. It was just magic. It all worked. I have made some minor tweaks around the edges in the intervening years, but the Mighty Tasty of today is very, very similar to that first hastily thrown together batch. 🏆 AWARD WINNER 🏆 2026 S
