Yak Ground - 1.0 lbs Approximately 95/5 - Our Ground Yak is lean, tender and extremely flavorful; many of our customers who enjoy our Bison also love our Yak!  With more protein and about the same amount of fat per serving than Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, this is a great way to add nutrient-dense, lean red meat to your weekly rotation without an increase in calories or fat.  If making something like burgers or kebabs, you'll need a little bit of a binder (egg, mayo, etc.) to keep it together.  Pasture Raised, Grass Fed & Finished, Dry-Aged to perfection then perfectly ground.
