Artificial Antioxidant ChemWorld is a stocking distributor of LorAnn products. Reduces rancidity in high fat candies, pastries, desserts and baked goods. Active Ingredients: BHA, BHT General use guide: use 1 3/4 tsp. to each 5 lbs of butter or oil (or other fat) in your recipe. You can add Preserve-It Antioxidant at any convenient mixing step.
