LaJolla Sunset

 Thin petals, but massive bouquets of blooms. LaJolla Sunset is a favorite amongst rare plumeria collectors. LaJolla Sunset has a tall, upright growth habit and a tendency to branch into 3s and 4s. Blooms begin as a cluster of dark reddish-pink, and as they open further reveal rainbow coloration that becomes more pronounced as blooms age. LaJolla Sunset begins blooming as early as mid-April in central Florida.  LaJolla Sunset is not particularly difficult to root from a cutting, but seem to root their best when cuttings are taken late summer/early fall and kept out heavy rainfall.  Scent Profile: Sweet & earthy musk (sort of like the soft scent of lotion with herbal and almond musk) **Please review the terms & conditions during checkout** WINTER DISCLAIMER: During the winter months (December, January, February*) we highly recommend adding "Uniheat 72 hour heat pack" to your order.
