Artichoke Lemon Pesto

Our most popular pesto and one of Oprah's Favorite Things from 'O-List' combines artichoke hearts at their peak with the richness of olive oil and parmesan cheese. Truly the most universal and doubles as a dip with our simple recipe. Ingredients: Artichokes, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil and expeller-pressed canola oil, lemon juice, parsley, fresh garlic, salt and pepper
