Halter Dress for 18-inch Dolls PDF Sewing Pattern

Designed to capture the charm of warm summer days and garden strolls, this dress features a delicate bodice that ties softly at the back of the neck.  The pattern features a shirred waistband as its standout detail.  It does not require any elastic thread, just a 1/8 inch elastic inserted through the casing.
