DECAL Use rubbing alcohol or window cleaner to clean the surface area and dry thoroughly. Go over the clear transfer tape on your decal with the enclosed stick or credit card to ensure the design is firmly stuck. Pull off the white paper backing. Carefully up where you want to place your design (once it touches the surface, it will stick!) When in place, use the scraper and smooth it out. Slowly remove the top layer of the transfer tape at a 45-degree angle. Enjoy your I.L.Y. Decal!
