32 fl. oz. Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. (The bottle lid is a one ounce measure). Take with food for best absorption. Drink undiluted or add to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-earth products. Shake well, natural settling may occur. Ingredients: Fulvic Acid (from vegetal bio-mass humate/lignite) - 75 mg Other ingredients: Purified reverse osmosis de-ionized carbon filtered water. Precautions: Use only as directed. Refrigeration is not essential but is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring trace enzymes. If health challenge exists introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to adjust slowly.
