Non Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner is a highly concentrated high pH formula for safely cleaning wheels, tires & engines. Quickly penetrates & dissolves heavy road film & brake dust on all wheels and tires. Apply through CTA or manual pressurized sprayer. Recommended for Full Service & Self Serve Car Washes.  VOC Compliant NPE Free Non-flammable Phosphate Free Biodegradable Concentrated Directions For Use: CTA - Dilute 1 part product to 40 - 50 parts water. Spray on wheel and allow 30 seconds to penetrate the soil. Follow with high pressure rinse.  Manual Application - Dilute 1 part product to 25 parts water. Spray on wheel and allow 30 seconds to penetrate the soil. Follow with high pressure rinse.
