D109 Dog Dish

I’ve chosen to glaze this  Dog Dish in light and dark blue glazes,   which breaks to dark chocolate brown as they combine.  The bottom edge of the Dish has some special carvings,  which allows the glaze to break over its edges and  results in a very pretty detailed color variation on the  inside of this deep dish. I’ve used one of my handmade  stamps to imprint a Heart on the bottom.  On the outside of  the bowl, I’ve done the same with one of my  Little Paw Print Stamps.   This glaze has broken over the Prints and has filled them  with glaze but they are still there just hiding a little!   Very pretty little reminders of  “who goes here”.   This Dish holds 32 ounces of water and measures  6 3/4 wide by 3 inches high.                                                                                  #D109
