70% Sugar Free Ivory Coast Dark Chocolate

A 70% dark chocolate made using our Rain Forest Alliance Certified cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast and instead of sugar it is sweetened with Monk Fruit and Erythritol. This alternate sweetener is less sweet than normal sugar and gives a kind of cooling sensation to the mouth. Overall this 70% dark is slightly more bitter than our 75% but still carries the well balanced flavor of the full sugar version. This product contains no dairy, sugar, or nut products.
