the huancabamba cactus brought to the USA and introduced to the community by Star "They grow at the lakes at Huancabamba, Peru. This is one of the places where the maestros do the spiritual ceremonies, at the lakes , I collected a few [SP’s] from lake Shimbe, and La Luna , they have 13 lakes, up at the mountains. They are slim with small sharp spines. The ones I’m offering are from the same mother plant." -Star
