Choice Fine Roman Egypt Alexandria billon tetradrachm coin. Minted for Augusta Faustina Jr. during the reign of her father Emperor Antoninus Pius. Struck in the 15th reign year of the Emperor, (denoted by letters IE) = 151/152 CE. E-1946/- (unlisted for year 15), listed years 18 and 19 rated R5 (highest on rarity scale). Unpublished reverse type for year 15, extremely RARE!!! Reverse with bust of the God Helios (Sun God). Obverse: draped bust of Faustina facing right. Reverse: Bust of Helios facing right, flanked by date letters: L IE. 11.01g, approx 21 x 23mm, considerable silvering. Certified by NGC to Ch F.
