Very Fine England silver 2 pence or half groat coin. Struck for the second Tudor King Henry VIII at the Canterbury Mint directed by Archbishop Warham. Minted between 1526 to 1532, based on T mint mark (approx 12:30 within legend). Well struck and centered with full legends and great portrait. Catalog: S-2343, approx 18mm. Obverse: Bust of Henry wearing crown facing right, hEnRIC+VIII+D+G+R+AGL+Z+FR, Henry the Eighth by the Grace of God King of England and France. Reverse: CIVITAS CAnTOR W A, English shield coat of arms with initials W A flanking (denoting Archbishop Warham), and mint name around.
