Introducing Uno Más: In Memory of Gabe Torres Medium Roast · Washed Process · Co-op in Guatemala Notes: Chocolate, Cinnamon, Nutty, Medium Acid, Green Grapes Varietals: Catuai and Caturra In partnership with Team Raleigh LEU, we added Uno Más to our coffee collection to honor Gabe Torres.  Uno Más, which translates to "One More" in Spanish, was a phrase Gabe often used during his time at the police academy in Raleigh, North Carolina. Whenever someone was doing a push-up, sit-up, or burpee, he would encourage them to push for one more. Gabe went above and beyond the call of duty, always with a smile on his face, spreading positivity and humor. Gabe served in United States Marine Corps and meritoriously earned the rank of Sergeant in December 2020. Shortly after serving his time as a Marine, he joined the Raleigh Police Department in March of 2021.
