Organic New Day

We created this blend to offer a triple-certified, lighter roast option for espresso. New Day does well with a 1:2 ratio (coffee-to-water) brewing recipe. We dose 20 grams of coffee with a final yield of 40 grams of brewed espresso. Flavor notes of citrus (navel orange, grapefruit zest, lemon) caramel (dulce de leche, cookies) and honey (syrupy) all make for a wonderful espresso. New Day is best served by itself, in smaller milk drinks (cappuccino, macchiato, cortado), in coffee mocktails such as coffee tonics, and also makes an excellent cold brew. Brew it via any other method for an equally delicious cup.
