Matte stained finishes are hand applied stains and clear lacquers. Our artisans are working with the natural wood elements to enhance the feel of these finishes. Natural imperfections are to be expected in the wood, such as wood grains, dents, knots, and any other characteristics of natural wood formation, add distinctive texture. Wood tones and stains will vary. Due to the variations in computer screen displays, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown here accurately reflect our finishes.  Since our custom furniture pieces are made-to-order and are non-returnable, we highly recommend ordering finish samples before placing your order.
