You will receive 10 pounds of Bright White Chocolate by Merckens, per order.  Merckens chocolate is a delicious, smooth and creamy chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. Confectionary candy coating contains cocoa powder and vegetable oil. Merckens brand is always easy to melt and requires no tempering. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based color. Do not use glass when melting chocolate. Do not overheat and keep moisture out of candy. Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernal oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils), nonfat dry milk, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, titanium dioxide, soy lecithin, and artificial flavor.
