Genuine, natural stone cabochons and all of the metal parts of these earrings, other than the hooks, are made entirely from 100% solid stainless steel. Measurements: The full drop length of these earrings is 1-9/16" (39mm). The flower design measures 3/4" (19mm) by 3/4" (19mm), and the stones themselves have a diameter of 8mm.  Gauge Size: 20g (0.81mm) which is the standard / traditional size for earlobe piercings.
