This cutter is ideal for use with a wide range of edible & non edible materials including: rolled fondant, gum paste, pastry dough, cookie dough, marzipan, or craft clays.  The plunger allows for very easy cutting process, and allows for fast production.  Create simple-to-produce flower blossom shapes, perfect for birthday cakes & other fun celebration cakes. Roll out the gum paste or fondant on a non-stick surface using powdered sugar for dusting for easy removal. Use the cutters to cut out the daisy shapes. Press out with plunger. Tips:  To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the petals.  The flowers can be used immediately or to create added dimension, place into a small cupped shape to dry.
