This beer is a celebration of NJ’s agricultural prowess- featuring fresh pressed apples from the local “Best Fruit Farm” and malts from Rabbit Hill down in Shiloh. We fermented the cider and beer together at a ratio of 49% to 51% making this still technically beer.
