The gorgeous Jalapa Mexican Blouse is elegant at its finest.  Inspired by the traditional Jalapa blouse, our butterfly sleeve offers a modern look while keeping the traditional Jalapa embroidery pattern.  Embroidered on rayon fabric with fine cotton thread.  Tie back at the waist line to allow for cross-body back.
