Off the shoulder Mexican blouse with elastic waist detail. Embroidered with silk thread on a soft  100% cotton fabric. Embroidery detail on frontal ruffle and lattice lace detail all around.  Ruffle width is approximate 10". Item available in a One-Size only.  Fits small to medium US sizes. Complete the look with our hand made earrings and leather wedges.
