8/24 WORKSHOP - perfume making essentials

Date: Sunday 8/24 Time: 4 PM to 6:30 PM Location: Hands Maker's Collective (Los Angeles, CA) In this workshop, you will create a custom fragrance in a hands-on experiential blending session. Scent has the power to affect your body and evoke physical and mental reactions - and why not smell amazing with a blend designed specifically for you, by you.  Before we start, we’ll reflect and discuss on ways fragrance has affected us - maybe it’s a memory or a reminder of a person or special time in your life. We’ll discuss some basic principles of creating a perfume (and decide which rules we will break!). Then, I will guide you through the selection and blending of your personal, custom perfume to help ignite your senses and support your daily rituals.
