Handmade Gnocchi Board

Not your average gnocchi board. Entirely handmade in my NJ woodshop without the use of a computers or a CNC these are one of a kind bespoke gnocchi boards made to last generations. Constructed out of solid hardwoods they are as functional as they are beautiful. Photos show a sample made with walnut containing a splash of lighter sapwood, these come standard in walnut. Available in other woods like, maple, ash, cherry, and other exotics found throughout my site. Contact us to request a custom wood or design. Construction This board is cut out of a single solid piece of face grain hardwood. Face grain allows for durability while showing off the beautiful natural figure of the wood. Using the face or edge grain is how most cutting boards and other kitchen surfaces are made. Material American Black Walnut grows commonly in North America.
