Primarily an Indonesian blend, Deep Waters makes for a very rich and full-bodied cup of coffee. We take pride in not over cooking our dark roast and maintaining the coffee beans natural sugars while still providing a bold flavor. Many dark roasts are completely burnt which destroys the beans unique flavor profile and leaves an unpleasant charcoal flavor.
