Design focuses on unique, all-metal structure with an ergonomic, matte-finish handle. Handcrafted, full-tang blades are forged from fine-grained Swedish 14C28N steel, which holds an edge up to five times longer than German steel. Each blade goes through our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment, ensuring strength and function. Blades are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side. HRC 59 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. Bolster design comfortably aligns and accommodates a natural and firm pinch grip. Knife comes with a carbonized solid ash wood half-open magnetic sheath. NSF Certified.
