6" Alocasia Sarian

Alocasia sarian is an especially interesting species of elephant ear of unknown parentage.  Some believe this is a hybrid with Alocasia Zebrina as there are striking similarities.Alocasia sarian can grow quite tall, upwards of 8-10' if given the right growing conditions.  If kept as an indoor plant, it is unlikely that your plant will grow to that height.Taking care of your new Alocasia is fairly simple.  Alocasia Sarian prefer a very well draining soil rich in organic matter.  It's very important to allow your new plant to dry out between watering as they do not enjoy sitting in water.  This particular species enjoys above average humidity, but will do just fine as an indoor plant.
