First produced by chemists at the Bovril factory in London c. 1899, these English stoneware Virol pots were heavily sold to parents as a bone marrow supplement for their children. Production of these pots moved from London to Middlesex around 1920 and production halted entirely around the Second World War. Sold Individually. Approximate dimensions: 4" tall, 2 1/2" diameter
