Flavor Profile: Herb, Spice, Toasted Nuts Roast Level: Medium Dark Processing Method: Monsooned Region: Malabar Coast Producer: Various Smallholders Elevation: 1500 - 1700 MASL Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Timtim Notes: After processing, the Monsooned Malabar coffee is kept in an open-air warehouse for several months, exposed to the wind and rain. This causes the beans to swell and lose much of their acidity, leading to a cup perfect for those coffee consumers affected by the higher acidity of other coffees.
