This May, Ruck4HIT teams will run 220+ miles through all 15 towns on the Cape. The route begins in Bourne and continues to the tip of the Cape in Provincetown. From here, athletes will head back towards the finish line after running through every town on the Cape and finish the relay in Mashpee.
