Feet of shelf space (each tray 16" x 14-1/2") is dried by a rear mounted fan and 770 watt heating element making clean up easy. The adjustable thermostat (90 - 150 degrees) and 12 hour timer will make food dehydration a snap. The dehydrator will shut off when the preset time has elapsed.
