If you want to experience the best of California barbecue, you want Tri-Tip. It became a specialty for the area in the 1950s and has exploded ever since. Ours are hand-trimmed and ready for the BBQ. The shape of this cut means you can achieve different levels of doneness with one steak, making it a perfect cut for a hungry group!  (1) Beef Tri-Tip Average weight: 1.5 pounds The Tri Tip is a natural product and the weight may vary +/- 0.25lbs. As no growth hormones are utilized in our cattle, so whole muscle products may be smaller than typical beef.   *Fresh (unaged) product that ships frozen in an insulated shipper with ice packs that are recyclable/reusable.
