Description  The True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC prep table includes 12 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans to hold salad and sandwich ingredients. Temperatures are kept constant around the pans with a forced air system powered by a cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor. This unit keeps foods at a safe temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To create an airtight seal, both doors have magnetic gaskets. The True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC food prep table achieves quick temperature recovery with a factory-balanced capillary tube system. This unit uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to chill product resting on four PVC-coated wire shelves. An 87⁄8-inch-deep cutting board provides space to prepare salads, sandwiches, and ingredients.
