Description  This True TSSU-60-16-HC prep table features PVC-coated wire shelves. It consists of an all-stainless steel front, and top, with an aluminum-finished back. A removable high-density NSF-approved white polyethylene cutting board measuring 11 3/4"D x 1/2" thick is included with the prep table unit. The unit also includes a self-contained R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that is environmentally beneficial. This refrigerated prep table holds 33°F to 41°F temperature in the food pans and the interior of the cabinet.
