Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF (5ºC) in Auto and Standby modes. Indicator Lights Mix Low Light alerts the operator to add mix. Electronic Controls Finished product quality is monitored by SoftechTM controls that measure viscosity.
