Antique French Art Deco Mahogany Wood Sideboard or Bar Cabinet 1930s
This exquisite French Art Deco mahogany wood sideboard or credenza was made Mercier Frères in Paris, France circa 1930. The wooden cabinet is expertly handcrafted and features a streamline Art Deco design with simple lines and gentle curves. The cabinet has two side doors with elegant rounded edges that open on storage space with one adjustable and removable shelf on each side. The center section features five stacked drawers. The stunning original metal hardware is heavy in weight with simple round ball drawer pulls and long cylindrical door handles. Two original working brass keys operate original locking mechanisms on inside of cabinet doors. This collectible and versatile cabinet can be used as a sideboard or credenza, bar cabinet, storage cabinet, media console, etc. The perfect showpiece for home or office.
