This set of four vintage mid century Bentwood Prague Model 811 cafe dining chair were originally designed by Austrian architects Josef Hoffman & Josef Frank for Thonet in the 1920s. These chairs were made in Czechoslovakia by Stendig circa 1960. The iconic arm chair has a classic design profile and is expertly crafted from solid bentwood beech with a handwoven cane seat and back and features elegant tapered legs with a sculpted backrest. The chairs have a warm patina and beautiful vintage character.CONDITIONExcellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
