These iconic Bauhaus chairs were originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1930 for the Tugendhat residence in Brno, Czechoslovakia. With clean, minimalist lines and a simple profile the Brno chair epitomizes early 20th century modernism. The Brno flat bar chair model has a cantilevered frame formed from a single piece of polished chrome-plated steel.
