Mid Century Danish Walnut Wood Pull-Out Secretary Desk & Bookcase
This vintage mid century Danish modern tall walnut wood secretary desk and bookcase is circa 1960 and features a unique format with a lower drawer section that pulls out as a full unit converting the cabinet into a sitting desk. The cabinet is well crafted from walnut wood and veneer with beautiful natural grain and the classic Scandinavian modern design features clean, minimalist lines. This one-piece cabinet has an upper step-back hutch with two adjustable and removable shelves over a row of three divided open cubbies. The lower cabinet features one wide upper drawer and four left-hand drawers. All drawers are dovetailed and feature distinctive sculpted curved wood handle pulls. The lower right hand side has double doors with one adjustable and removable interior shelf.
