This pair of mid century Finnish modern birch wood Model 64 stools originally designed by Alvar Aalto (Finnish, 1898-1976) for Artek in 1930s were made in Finland in 2015. These Model 64 bar stools have a classic Nordic design with clean, minimalist lines and gentle curves. These counter height stools features signature Aalto design aesthetic and materials with tall laminated natural birch bentwood legs joined by a circular stretcher and a matte black laminate seat. “ICF” (importer) stamps on underside of seats.CONDITIONVery good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
