This vintage mid century Swedish modern Folke Ohlsson for DUX style reclining high-back lounge chair is circa 1960. This well-built chair features a minimalist Scandinavian modern design with clean lines and elegant curves. The solid teak wood frame features cylindrical legs and sculpted armrests. The original reclining mechanism easily adjusts the seat by simply shifting backward or forward while seated and the backrest includes a removable weighted pillow headrest. CONDITION Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Sturdy and comfortable. Original blue upholstery shows fading and minor staining. Small tear to upholstery on backside at lower edge. DIMENSIONS W 26 3/4” x D 32 1/2” x H 38 1/2” Seat Height: 16 1/2”
