Characterized by its 3 claws vs 4 or more found in other cultures, the 3 clawed Ryu dragons are said to be the origins of their cousins throughout East Asia culture starting around 680 A.D. Green Ryu dragons also often represent nature, life and the Earth. Combining traditional Japanese art stylings with the organic fluidity of my acrylic art style took a long time to practice and develop but has been well worth the effort. This offers 3 unique perspectives (standard light only, UV light only, UV & standard light). This was created using several acrylic painting methods and treatments.
