New for 2019 is our Aero range. Based on our highly successful Fast and Light series, the Aero series is a more refined and lighter wheelset, still with all the great qualities that made for FL series great. The Aero 45 Disc is a great wheelset for the all-around rider who likes stopping quickly.How did we improve on the FL series? We made the new Aero wheelset around a 100g per wheelset lighter. We did this by changing our carbon fiber layup. We moved from solely using Toray T700 carbon fiber to using a mix of Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber.We still have the same great tubeless ready shape of the FL series. Our Aero range is built to accommodate wider tires and help direct the air around your wheels, causing the least amount of disturbance to the boundary layer of air as possible. We want you to be going as fast as possible on these wheels, so we have eliminated as much drag as possible.To go with our new rim, we have also created a new hubset, the ICAN D01 disc brake hubset.
