Bolt-On Power Rack Nordic Curl Attachment

This version of my Nordic Curl power rack attachment leverages the front holes through which the cross-member of a power rack attaches. So you simply remove the bolts that hold the cross-member on, attach the nordic curl bar, and replace the existing bolts. It couldn't be simpler. Build and Specifications: Material: Made from durable 1/4" plate welded steel. Padding: Premium-quality leather foam padding. Finish: Matte black powder coating.
