TASTING NOTES CRANBERRY | SPICE | CHOCOLATE Dynamic and smooth, our 2025 Christmas Blend balances the chocolate richness with a prominent berry note and hints of spice. This year's Christmas Blend included a new single origin coffee: Costa Rica Brunca. Currently only available in this blend and we're so excited to share it with you! This is a limited edition blend, only available for purchase from mid-November through the end of December. Featured blend in our Tasting Room on drip, espresso, and cold brew in December. Brewing Recommendations:  - Brew with a French press to emphasize the chocolate note. This will result in a cup with full body and more richness. - Brew as a pour over using a paper fi
