It is then crushed with steel shredders and distilled in steel stills. Finally, it sees 8 months of aging in used neutral oak barrels. The entire process is overseen by a team of local women and head distiller Melly Barajas. The beautiful bottle is hand blown from local recycled glass. The final product is smooth, vegetal and round. Recommended to be consumed neat (no ice, no lime, salt, no mixer). Just grab a pilsner to pair with it and you are set.
