WHY WE LIKE (AND USE) THIS PRODUCT A stretch strap is a 'must have' tool for every athlete. Its such a simple but effective tool for preparing for and recovering from competitive events. We looked around for the best stretch strap based but what we found was complex and expensive relative to what it we needed it to do. When we couldn't find one we liked, we made our own. We made ours thicker and tougher, but simpler and less expensive.  We like this product because it effectively and economically stretches multiple muscle groups and body parts...especially IT bands, hip flexors and hamstrings.
