Vintage Plastic Canvas Pattern Leaflet: Halloween Decor - Napkin Holder Table Centerpiece. Pattern presumes you know the basics of plastic canvas and doesn't include any stitch guides.  This pattern is fairly intricate with lots of pieces involved.  Quick tips for working this pattern:  Use green felt vs cardboard for the base = easier to cut, stitch to bottom piece and no painting involved.  The pattern doesn't really tell you where to use black vs rust backstitching, the symbol is the same color for both.  Black backstitching for most and is around black continental stitches.  Rust is used for backstitching around orange (ie- jack-o-lantern head). 1998, Six pages (cover + color charts- see image).
